ORDER PROCESSING

Since our products are order-based, processing time varies. Usual processing time takes about 2-3 weeks and if products are back-ordered it may takes up to 4 weeks.

SHIPPING METHOD

We offers only standard delivery. All orders are sent via USPS and UPS. Once items in an order have been Scanned and Delivered by the courier or mail carrier, We will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery of International economy packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Orders to be shipped within the U.S will be eligible for free 3-5 business day shipping as long as their total is greater than or equal to $120. Note free shipping may not apply to sales items or the amount could be changed during sales event. 

  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.
